- The individual user account is suspended or banned for policy violations.
- The request directly arises from account sharing, piracy, data extraction, platform abuse, misconduct, or a generic breach of community terms.
Refund approval metrics remain solely at the discretion of Youth Career Hub after reviewing the specific operational circumstances of each target request.
